Hi, I’m Molly—the voice behind Molly on the Menu, where flavor meets adventure.

With a background in multimedia journalism and a deep passion for food, drink, and travel, I’ve built a life and brand around savoring the world one bite, sip, and stop at a time. From cozy cafés to Michelin-recognized restaurants, I document and share the stories behind what I eat and where I go.
I’m a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, and I host Mindful Tasting Classes that blend sensory meditation with guided beer, wine, or non-alcoholic tastings. These events are rooted in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and designed to help people slow down and connect with their senses—and each other—through food and drink.
Traveling has shaped every part of who I am. At 21, I moved solo to Barcelona, Spain, where I experienced a powerful transformation through cultural immersion and self-discovery. Since then, I’ve explored across Europe, Africa, and Central America, learning from diverse cultures and meeting people whose stories have permanently shifted my perspective on life. Travel remains my greatest teacher, and I strive to share what I’ve learned with openness and curiosity.
My love for food and beverage runs deep. I’m a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone program and have spent years working in restaurants, breweries, and bars, often alongside talented chefs, sommeliers, and makers who’ve taught me the art of hospitality and pairing. These experiences have enriched my palate and deepened my respect for the people behind every plate and pour.

Molly on the Menu is the culmination of years spent growing, exploring, and evolving through the stories shared around a table. Food and drink have become my way of understanding the world: through flavors, traditions, people, and their histories.
My goal is to continue creating meaningful content for and with the people I love, building a space where I can write, produce, and connect with purpose. Whether I’m sharing restaurant reviews, travel guides, recipes, or wine pairings, my goal is to inspire others to explore boldly and eat mindfully. Welcome to my table.
